วันที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2566 อธิการบดี พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย คณะ สำนัก และอุทยานเดินทางเยือน Jinwen University of Science and Technology สาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน) ในการเจรจาความร่วมมือและลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU)

วันที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2566 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วีระพล ทองมา อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ พร้อมผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย คณะ สำนัก และอุทยาน เยือน Jinwen University of Science and Technology สาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน) โดยอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ได้บรรยายวิชาการในหัวข้อ “Eco-innovativeness of Modern Agricultural Farm Entrepreneurs and Agrotourism Management in Thailand” ให้บุคลากร และนักศึกษา Jinwen University of Science and Technology และในโอกาสนี้ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ได้ลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) ระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้และ Jinwen University of Science and Technology พร้อมด้วย Taiwan Leisure Agriculture Association เพื่อเป็นการริเริ่มความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ และสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างสามสถาบันต่อไป หลังจากนั้น คณะผู้แทนมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ได้เยี่ยมชมการจัดการการเรียนการสอนของ College of Hospitality & Tourism Management ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย Department of Travel Management, Department of Food and Beverage Management และ Department of Hotel Management ----------------------------------------------------------------- President of Maejo University Accompanied with the Executives of the University, Faculties, Schools, College, Offices, and Science Park Visited Jinwen University of Science and Technology, Taiwan (R.O.C) to Sign an MOU 11 May 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Weerapon Thongma, President of Maejo University together with the executives of the University, faculties, schools, college, office, and science park visited Jinwen University of Science and Technology, Taiwan (R.O.C). The MJU President also gave a lecture on the topic, “Eco-innovativeness of Modern Agricultural Farm Entrepreneurs and Agrotourism Management in Thailand” to the staff and the students at Jinwen University of Science and Technology. On this opportunity, the MJU President signed an MOU with Jinwen University of Science and Technology and Taiwan Leisure Agriculture Association to initiate academic collaborations and foster a strong relationship between the three institutions. After that, the MJU delegation visited College of Hospitality & Tourism Management which consists of Department of Travel Management, Department of Food and Beverage Management, and Department of Hotel Management to see the advancement of the teaching and learning of the College.

วันที่ 7 มกราคม 2569 เวลา 10.30 น. รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วีระพล ทองมา อธิการบดี พร้อมด้วย รองคณบดีวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ และบุคลากรกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ เข้าพบ คุณฮาราดะ มาซารุ กงสุลใหญ่ญี่ปุ่น ณ นครเชียงใหม่ เพื่อเยี่ยมคารวะเนื่องในโอกาสสวัสดีปีใหม่ 2569 พร้อมกันนี้ ได้มีการหารือความร่วมมือและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านการศึกษาระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้และมหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศญี่ปุ่น และสานความสัมพันธ์ในด้านต่าง ๆ7 January 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Weerapon Thongma, President of Maejo University, together with Associate Dean of International College, and the International Affairs Officers from Maejo University visited the Consulate General of Japan in Chiang Mai to greet the Consul General HARADA Masaru on the occasion of New Year 2026 and to discuss academic connections between Maejo University and Japan.
