On Friday, October 20, 2566, at 9:00 AM, Professor Dr. Edgar A. Orden, the President of Central Luzon State University (CLSU) in the Philippines, along with his entourage, visited Associate Professor Dr. Weerapon Thongma, the President of Maejo University, to discuss academic collaboration.

On Friday, October 20, 2566, at 9:00 AM, Professor Dr. Edgar A. Orden, the President of Central Luzon State University (CLSU) in the Philippines, along with his entourage, visited Associate Professor Dr. Weerapon Thongma, the President of Maejo University, to discuss academic collaboration. They were warmly welcomed by Maejo University executives. Additionally, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed to formalize academic cooperation between the two universities. Furthermore, Professor Dr. Edgar A. Orden and his delegation visited and inspected the new agricultural research fields of the Office of Agricultural Research and Extension guided by Associate Professor Dr. Aphinun Suvarnaraksha, the director. They also visited the Faculty of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources' learning center, where Associate Professor Dr. Arnuparp Wankanapol, an alumni of CLSU and a faculty member of the Faculty of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, welcomed them and provided a tour. Additionally, Associate Professor Dr. Aphinun Suvarnaraksha, as the director of the Aquatic Animal Breeding Learning Center in the Northern Region, presented books and research posters as souvenirs to the visitors. On the same afternoon, Professor Dr. Edgar A. Orden, along with his entourage, visited and observed the activities at the Natural Agriculture Research and Development Center (Cannabis Farm) and the Vermicomposting Learning Center for Organic Waste Management, guided by Professor Dr. Arnat Tancho, the director of the Natural Agriculture Research and Development Center. Orden อธิการบดี Central Luzon State University (CLSU) ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ พร้อมผู้ติดตาม เข้าพบรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วีระพล ทองมา อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ เพื่อหารือความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ โดยมีรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เทพ พงษ์พานิช อดีตอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้, รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักวิจัยและส่งเสริมวิชาการการเกษตร, ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย, ผู้บริหารคณะศิลปศาสตร์ และผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ ให้การต้อนรับและร่วมการหารือ ทั้งนี้ มีการลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (Memorandum of Agreement: MOA) ระหว่างสองมหาวิทยาลัยอีกด้วย นอกจากนี้ Professor Dr. Edgar A. Orden อธิการบดี CLSU พร้อมผู้ติดตาม ได้เข้าเยี่ยมชมและศึกษาดูงานแปลงเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ ของสำนักวิจัยและส่งเสริมวิชาการการเกษตร โดยมีรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักวิจัยฯ นำชมและบรรยายให้ความรู้ ทั้งนี้ ผู้มาเยือนได้เข้าศึกษาดูงานที่คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ โดยเยี่ยมชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติวิทยาทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ และฐานการเรียนรู้ Smart Aquaculture โดยมีผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ว่าที่ร้อยตรี ดร.อานุภาพ วรรณคนาพล อาจารย์ประจำคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงฯ, ศิษย์เก่า CLSU ให้การต้อนรับ และนำชมสถานที่ นอกจากนี้รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ ในฐานะผู้อำนวยการฐานการเรียนรู้สถานแสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำภาคเหนือ ได้มอบหนังสือและโปสเตอร์งานวิจัย เป็นของที่ระลึกให้แก่ผู้มาเยือนอีกด้วย ในช่วงบ่ายของวันเดียวกัน Professor Dr. Edgar A. Orden อธิการบดี CLSU พร้อมผู้ติดตาม ได้เข้าเยี่ยมชมและศึกษาดูงานศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาเกษตรธรรมชาติ (ฟาร์มกัญชา) และฐานการเรียนรู้โรงไส้เดือนดินกำจัดขยะอินทรีย์ โดยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อานัฐ ตันโช ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาเกษตรธรรมชาติ ให้การต้อนรับ เป็นผู้บรรยายและนำชมบริเวณโดยรอบ
