Second Secretary Education Division, Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in Thailand เยือนมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้เพื่อเข้าพบและแนะนำตัวในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่งใหม่
วันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วีระพล ทองมา อธิการบดี ให้การต้อนรับ Mrs. Ann Y. H. Hsueh, Second Secretary Education Division, Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in Thailand ในการมาเยือนมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ เพื่อเข้าพบและแนะนำตัวในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่งใหม่ พร้อมนี้ ได้หารือเกี่ยวกับทุนการศึกษาต่อ ทุนเรียนภาษาจีน สำหรับนักศึกษาและบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ รวมทั้งได้มีการส่งบุคลากรจากสาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน) มาสอนภาษาจีนแมนดารินเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะให้กับนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้อย่างต่อเนื่อง

รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วีระพล ทองมา อธิการบดี ร่วมงานเฉลิมฉลองวาระครบรอบ 75 ปี วันชาติสาธารณรัฐอินเดีย
วันที่ 28 มกราคม 2567 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วีระพล ทองมา อธิการบดี พร้อมด้วยบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ร่วมงานเฉลิมฉลองวาระครบรอบ 75 ปี วันชาติสาธารณรัฐอินเดีย ซึ่งจัดโดย สถานกงสุลใหญ่อินเดีย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ณ โรงแรมเชียงใหม่แมริออท ในโอกาสนี้ Mr. Krishna Chaitanya กงสุลใหญ่อินเดีย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ได้กล่าวเปิดงานและเผยถึงความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างประเทศไทยและอินเดียที่มีมายาวนาน รวมถึงการก่อตั้งสถานกงสุลอินเดียใหญ่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ที่มีวาระครบรอบ 52 ปี ที่เปิดให้บริการดูแลชาวอินเดียและอำนวยความสะดวกด้านกงสุลให้แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ 17 จังหวัดภาคเหนือ พร้อมนี้ได้กล่าวขอบคุณผู้ร่วมงานทุกท่านที่ได้มาร่วมงานเฉลิมฉลองในวันนี้

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา เพื่อศึกษาการยกระดับงานวิจัยสู่นานาชาติ
วันที่ 6 พฤศจิกายน 2566 เวลา 09.00 น. ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์พาวิน มะโนชัย รองอธิการบดี พร้อมด้วย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ว่าที่ร้อยตรี ดร.นิโรจน์ สินณรงค์ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดี และรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักวิจัยและส่งเสริมวิชาการการเกษตร เข้าร่วมต้อนรับผู้บริหาร และคณะจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา ในการศึกษาดูงานเพื่อพัฒนาระบบและกลไกในการยกระดับผลงานทางวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา ให้มีอันดับตามเกณฑ์ Times Higher Education’s World University Ranking ภายใต้โครงการยกระดับมาตรฐานการเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัยสู่ระดับนานาชาติและจัดอันดับเชิงวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัย แผนงานเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งในการบริหารจัดการแผนงาน และโครงการด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (ววน.) โดยมีบุคลากรจากงานยุทธศาสตร์และติดตามประเมินผล กองแผนงาน, งานความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ กองวิเทศสัมพันธ์, และกองบริหารงานวิจัย สำนักวิจัยและส่งเสริมวิชาการการเกษตร ร่วมต้อนรับและให้ข้อมูล ณ ห้องประชุมรวงผึ้ง ชั้น 5 สำนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้

This includes funding such as the Marie Curie Actions (MSCA), the European Research Council (ERC) grants, 5-year research grants, PMU-B Opportunities for Thai Researchers to Joint European Research Council Teams in Europe, and Erasmus+ scholarships. Additionally, Associate Professor Dr. Weerapon Tongma, President of Maejo University, Associate Professor Pawin Manochai, Vice President, Associate Professor Dr. Aphinun Suvarnaraksha, Director of the Office of Agricultural Research and Extension, along with faculty members and students from the Faculty of Agricultural Production, Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Engineering and Agro-industry, Faculty of Nursing, and International College participated in welcoming and attending the research funding lecture at the Ruang Pheung Meeting Room, Office of the University Building. Maejo University has successfully been accepted as a Regular Member of the University Consortium SEARCA
มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ได้รับการประเมินเข้าสู่การเป็นสมาชิกสามัญ (Regular Member) ของ University Consortium SEARCA Associate Professor Dr. Weerapon Thongma serves as the President of Maejo University and the UC Chief Executive Officer together with Dr. Winitra Leelapattana, Deputy Dean of the International College and the UC coordinator, attended the 36th UC Executive Board Meeting at National Taiwan University. During this meeting, Maejo University reported its activities and initiatives related to UC for the purpose of assessment and consideration for regular membership. Maejo University's efforts were evaluated and accepted, granting them full membership. The benefits of being a regular member include access to funding and budgetary support for staff and students. This support encompasses various categories such as Faculty Grants, including Young Researcher Grants, Travel Grants for Research, Seed Fund for Collaborative Research, Travel Grants for Conferences/Seminars, and the Visiting Lecturer Program for Teaching Purposes. Additionally, there are Student Grants, which include Travel Grants, Thesis Grants for Thesis Production, Matching Grants for Mobility, and Thesis Grants for Research Activities/Publication Fees. มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ได้รับการประเมินเข้าสู่การเป็นสมาชิกสามัญ (Regular Member) ของ University Consortium SEARCA รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วีระพล ทองมาอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ และ UC Chief Executive Officer พร้อมด้วย อาจารย์ ดร.วินิตรา ลีละพัฒนา รองคณบดีวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ และ UC coordinator เข้าร่วมการประชุม 36th UC Executive Board Meeting ณ National Taiwan University สาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน) โดยในการประชุมครั้งนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ได้รายงานผลการดำเนินงานและกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ UC เพื่อการประเมินเข้าสู่การเป็นสมาชิกสามัญ (Regular Member) และผลการดำเนินงานได้ผ่านการประเมินและยอมรับเข้าสู่การเป็นสมาชิกอย่างสมบูรณ์ ซึ่งผลประโยชน์จากการได้รับการยอมรับเป็นสมาชิกสามัญนั้นได้แก่การมีสิทธิ์ได้รับทุนและงบประมาณสนับสนุนให้กับบุคลากรและนักศึกษา อาทิเช่น ทุนสนับสนุนการทำวิจัยสำหรับนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ ทุนสนับสนุนการทำวิจัยร่วม ทุนสนับสนุนการเดินทางเข้าร่วมงานประชุม/สัมมนา ทุนสนับสนุนการแลกเปลี่ยนบุคลากร ทุนการวิจัยเพื่อวิทยานิพนธ์ ทุนสำหรับการจัดทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ทุนสำหรับเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัย(วิทยานิพนธ์) ทุนสำหรับเดินทาง ทุนสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา เป็นต้น *********************************************

Participants of the Consortium and Quality Committee Meeting – SWAP met the President of Maejo University.
On Thursday, June 22nd, 2023, The president and participants of the Consortium and Quality Committee Meeting - SWAP were warmly welcomed by Associate Professor Dr. Weerapon Thongma, the President of Maejo University. The president and participants of the Consortium and Quality Committee Meeting - SWAP were warmly welcomed by Associate Professor Dr. Weerapon Thongma, the President of Maejo University, on Thursday, June 22nd, 2023 at the Inthanin Room (2nd floor), Office of the University Building. Mrs. Kerstin Kuchta, the President, along with 30 participants, were attending the international academic conference, Consortium and Quality Committee Meeting - SWAP, held at the Faculty of Science, Maejo University. The Ambassador of the Royal Bhutanese Embassy, Bangkok Visited Maejo University
On 23 May 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Weerapon Thongma, President of Maejo University along with the university executives welcomed H.E. Mr. Kinzang Dorji, Ambassador of the Royal Bhutanese Embassy, Bangkok on the occasion of visiting the university. The Ambassador of the Royal Bhutanese Embassy, Bangkok Visited Maejo University On 23 May 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Weerapon Thongma, President of Maejo University along with the university executives welcomed H.E. Mr. Kinzang Dorji, Ambassador of the Royal Bhutanese Embassy, Bangkok on the occasion of visiting the university to discuss academic cooperation, the possibility to extend the term of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for academic training for civil servants and officials from the Kingdom of Bhutan as well as to discuss the conferring of an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Organic Agriculture Management to His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, the King of the Kingdom of Bhutan. The reception was organized at Inthanin Reception Room (2nd Floor), Office of the University Building. In addition, the Ambassador also visited the Natural Agriculture Research and Development Center of Maejo University. เมื่อวันที่ 23 พฤษภาคม 2566 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วีระพล ทองมา อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ พร้อมผู้บริหาร ให้การต้อนรับ H.E. Mr. Kinzang Dorji เอกอัครราชทูตราชอาณาจักรภูฏาน ประจำประเทศไทย พร้อมผู้ติดตาม ในโอกาสเดินทางมาหารือความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ ในการขยายระยะเวลาบันทึกความเข้าใจทางวิชาการ (Memorandum of Understanding: MOU) การจัดการฝึกอบรมนานาชาติให้แก่ข้าราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่จากราชอาณาจักรภูฏาน รวมทั้งหารือ เรื่อง การมอบปริญญาปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิตกิตติมศักดิ์ สาขาวิชาการจัดการเกษตรอินทรีย์ ให้แก่สมเด็จพระราชาธิบดี จิกมี เคเซอร์ นัมเกล วังชุก พระมหากษัตริย์แห่งราชอาณาจักรภูฏานอีกด้วย ณ ห้องรับรองอินทนิล (ชั้น 2) อาคารสำนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย นอกจากนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตราชอาณาจักรภูฏาน พร้อมผู้ติดตาม ได้เข้าเยี่ยมชมศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาเกษตรธรรรมชาติ (ฟาร์มกัญชา) ของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ อีกด้วย
